Using the Moodle Platform to Develop Cognitive Skills in Nursing Students

This study aimed to evaluate the impact of using the Moodle platform on the development of cognitive skills in students of the Higher Technician in Nursing program at the San Roque Institute. A quantitative-descriptive, non-experimental approach was applied, using a structured questionnaire with 15 students. Results showed that Moodle positively contributes to students’ formation by improving understanding, collaboration, and engagement. It is concluded that Moodle is an effective educational tool for enhancing key cognitive processes in technical higher education.
